OUR SERVICE POLICY:
When you purchase your car from Lexus of Kingsport, you are entitled to certain privileges that are not provided through every Lexus dealer.
First, we offer free pick-up and delivery. This means that every time you need service, we come to your home or office and pick-up your car. While your Lexus is in our possession, we leave you a brand new loaner car to use. After the service has been completed, we deliver your Lexus back to your home or office and retrieve our loaner. Second, we wash your car for free each time it is in for service. Every time you schedule a service appointment, we wash the exterior and vacuum the interior of your Lexus, at no extra cost. This is our service policy. We have been consistently rated number one in the nation in sales and service satisfaction, and we believe this is why. These amenities are for your privilege only, we will extend them to you for the life that you own your Lexus.
